On 18 May 2020, the EDPB released its 2019 Annual Report.
The report covers the EDPB’s activities in 2019 and some of the corrective measures imposed by the national Supervisory Authorities. The report also presents the EDPB’s main objectives for 2020, such as providing guidance on data controllers and processors, data subject rights and the concept of legitimate interests.
