On 6 July 2020, the European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS) published a report on the use of Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) by the EU institutions, bodies, and agencies (EUIs).
The report also provides useful guidance on how to conduct a DPIA process.
