EDPB Guidelines on targeting social media users and on controller/processor concepts are now available

The EDPB published on its website the two guidelines adopted during its 37th plenary session:

• Guidelines 08/2020 on the targeting of social media users
• Guidelines 07/2020 on the concepts of controller and processor in the GDPR

Both guidelines are open to public consultation until 19 October 2020.
