On 29 June 2020, the European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS) published its opinion on the European Commission’s White Paper on Artificial Intelligence.
In this Opinion, the EDPS presented its views on certain specific aspects, including the enforcement of AI regulation or the specific requirements for the remote biometric identification.
