On 13 October 2020, the EDPB published on its website the document adopted during its 39th plenary session, respectively Guidelines 09/2020 on the concept of relevant and reasoned objection under Article 65 of the GDPR.
These Guidelines are subject to public consultation and the feedback should be sent by 24 November 2020 at the latest.
