On 4 May 2020, EDPB adopted a slightly updated version of the previous Guidelines on consent (WP259 rev.01).
The new guidelines on consent provide further clarifications on (i) the validity of consent provided by the data subject when interacting with “cookie walls” and on (ii) example 16 on scrolling and consent.
