During its 28th plenary session held on 20 May 2020, the EDPB decided to publish on its website a register containing decisions taken by the national supervisory authorities (SAs) following the one-stop-shop cooperation mechanism.
Under Art. 60 of GDPR, in case of cross-border processing, the SAs have a duty to cooperate to ensure a consistent application of GDPR – the so-called one-stop-shop (OSS) mechanism.
