On 24 June 2020, the European Commission published its report on the evaluation and review of the GDPR.
In addition to the two main issues set under Art. 97(2) of the GDPR, this report takes a broader approach to cover issues raised by various actors during the last two years (e.g., the enforcement and implementation of the GDPR, opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises, application of the GDPR to new technologies).
